Video #3 ~ ::Cricut:: How to Number Your Handbook to Match Your Overlay

Hi everyone....

In this video I will show you my system of numbering my Cricut handbook to match my keypad overlay for that Cartridge. I show you both the shape & font cartridge handbooks. This is what works for me. By taking the time to do this for my handbooks this allows me to see at a glance what key I need instead of searching. I can Look, Cut and Create so much faster and it is so much more fun.

Comments and Feedback is always welcome.....thanks for watching and I hope this idea is helpful to someone.

  2. Hi Tracy! Great video! I use the numbering system too... but I actually use rows 1-5 and keys 0-9... that way the 10th key is each row is numbered 19..29..39, etc. If you do that then all you have to do in your image handbooks is start with the number 10 on the first image, 11 on the second, 12 on the third and so fourth.

I also love how you explain the difference in the font & image handbooks... that can trip people up when renumbering their books. TFS!

  12. Just found your blog via YouTube and really like it. Thank you for this great idea. I can't tell you how many times I have looked for the SAME image (because they're small, I'm old and can't see! - LOL)over and over. Wastes a lot of time. This is the perfect solution.
