{All About My Dad} Father's Day + Printable

Father's Day is on Sunday and if you're looking for a last minute idea I have one for you. ☺☺☺☺☺ Even though my boys have a gift for their dad I thought it would be fun for our youngest to complete this questionnaire - answering questions he thinks about his dad. Such funny answers he has for his dad. I can't wait for my hubby to read this. I've seen the idea all around the web so you are welcome to download this one here or search for a printable you like. It's so fun to see what the kids come up with. :)

End of School Teacher's Gift (that's not an apple - LOL!)

Hi everyone! Our kids get out of school this week and I wanted to share the project I created for Spencer's Kindergarten Teacher to say "thank you". I know that teachers get lots of "teacher things" and I wanted to make something that wasn't so "school or teacher" related....I hope that makes sense. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE making school and teacher gifts/crafts but after getting Spencer's opinion he wanted to make a card with a butterfly on it. So here we go.

I created the card using the butterly from Create a Critter 2 by Cricut and thought it would be fun to use as the "bag topper" holding it in place with a gold paperclip. This way she can take off the clip, read the card and see the yummy cookies inside the bag. So fun! To decorate the outside of the bag I took a piece of burlap ribbon and hot glued on a handmade felt flower. I think it turned out pretty cute....what do you think? @@@@@@@@@@@ Here are my boys on the last day of school. Happy Summer!

Non-Traditional Graduation Card

Hi everyone! I bet you thought I'd fallen off of the face of the earth…..huh? :) Sorry for the hiatus but I have to be honest with you and say something I never thought I'd say.

I haven't been crafting much so I haven't had much craftiness to share here on the blog. If I start a project I just can't seem to get into the "groove" of finishing it and my creative flow has run away. :( :( Hoping one day I'll get it back.
